What the project needs.
Live sound recording is shaped by the location, microphone access and the production team’s requirements. A brief should identify what needs to be captured, how it reaches the broadcast or recording system, and who is responsible for the technical setup.
At Red Bull Bowl Rippers 2023 in Marseille, Christian installed and operated the on-site recording system. His role covered boom and wireless microphones, mixers and multi-channel recorders, with coordination across the production and broadcast teams.
